Kentucky — Gary Haverstock in Murray, KY

Gary Haverstock

The firm was founded by Gary Haverstock, who began his practice in Murray, Kentucky in 1973. Gary is widely recognized as one of the most effective trial and personal injury attorneys in western Kentucky, with millions of dollars recovered for the individuals, families, and estates he represents. Not only an effective legal strategist, Gary also demonstrates his warmth and compassion by taking a personal interest in the lives of his clients.

Gary is known for taking on causes that others will not handle. He has won challenging legal cases against Wal-Mart, BMW, and other large corporations on behalf of his clients.
Gary graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law and is a member of the Kentucky Bar and Kentucky Justice Associations, Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Needline Board in Murray.

While not advocating for his clients, Gary enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, golfing and being outdoors. He has been married to his wife, Nancy Jones Haverstock since 1987 and is the proud father of daughters, Kaylin and Haley and twin sons, Ryan and Sean.
Attorney — Michael Pitman in Murray, KY

Michael Pitman

Michael Pitman joined the firm in 1991. A graduate of Murray State University, Mike received his law degree from the University of Kentucky School of Law. Mike focuses on representing individuals in injury and death claims, employment discrimination, professional liability, criminal defense, Social Security disability, and workers compensation. Mike has also represented clients in class action and collective action cases in the southeastern United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike served as a clerk to the Honorable Edward H. Johnstone, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.

Married to wife Laura since 1987, Mike is the father of Will and Claire. In his free time, Mike enjoys water and snow sports, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren.
